TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ONEFOOTBALL CLUB RAFFLE

By participating in the monthly "OneFootball Club" draw, participants accept the terms and conditions of participation set out by OneFootball GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "OneFootball"). Participation in the draw is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

  1. This draw is organized by OneFootball GmbH, c/o The Delta Campus, Donaustraße 44, 12043 Berlin, Germany.

  2. Participation is open exclusively to all individuals residing in Germany, France, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, or the United Kingdom, who are at least 18 years old and members of the "OneFootball Club." Employees of OneFootball are excluded from participation.

  3. OneFootball reserves the right to exclude participants from the draw for valid reasons, particularly in cases of violation of these terms and conditions, completed or attempted manipulation of the draw, or attempts to disrupt or influence the proper conduct of the draw (e.g., through the use of automated scripts, hacking tools, trojans, or viruses). In such cases, prizes may be revoked even after being awarded. Manipulation leading to exclusion from the draw may include multiple or collective participations (e.g., if a participant creates or uses multiple accounts to increase their chances of winning).

  4. The period during which participation in the raffle is possible begins on January 1, 2025, and ends on January 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Raffle Period”). The deadline for participation is January 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM

  5. Participation in the draw is only possible via the OneFootball app of OneFootball GmbH, c/o The Delta Campus, Donaustraße 44, 12043 Berlin. Eligible users can access the draw page through the OneFootball Club Dashboard or the Leaderboard (visible only to OneFootball Club members).

  6. To participate in the draw, participants must accept these terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and then click on the "Participate in the draw" call-to-action (CTA) button in the OneFootball app.

  7. Winners will be determined by a random draw. The draw will be conducted among all timely entries no later than 5 business days after the end of the participation period.

  8. A total of ten (10) winners will be selected. All ten (10) winners will receive one (1) META Quest 3 Virtual Reality Headset with 512GB, including the game “Batman: Arkham Shadow” and a three-month “Meta Quest” trial subscription.

  9. Prizes will be shipped within 30 days after the winner notification, provided that eligibility for participation has been verified and compliance with applicable conditions has been ensured.

  10. OneFootball reserves the right to change the prizes at any time if necessary. No cash payment, exchange, or conversion into other goods is possible.

  11. Winners will be notified via email or in-app message within 5 business days following the draw. Winners must confirm receipt of the notification within 5 business days. If a winner fails to confirm within 5 business days after receiving the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and OneFootball reserves the right to select a new winner. OneFootball is not responsible for incorrect information provided by participants or third parties, including potential OneFootball partners, in connection with the dissemination of information about the draw. OneFootball is not liable for damages caused by technical failures, delays, or interruptions in transmissions, or damages related to participation in the draw or acceptance and use of the prize, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by OneFootball or its agents. Claims for damages relating to loss of life, bodily injury, or health, as well as violations of essential contractual obligations, remain unaffected. Otherwise, the liability of OneFootball and its agents is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

  12. OneFootball reserves the right to cancel the draw, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice or explanation, particularly if the draw cannot proceed as planned due to computer viruses, technical errors, or other technical or legal reasons. This also includes manipulations or attempted manipulations that may affect the proper conduct of the draw.

  13. As part of the draw, your first name, last name, OneFootball ID, and email address may be processed. The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the draw in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Your data will be stored until the draw is fully completed and then routinely deleted or blocked unless we are required by law or regulation to retain it longer. More information on data processing can be found in our privacy policy.

  14. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

  15. These terms and conditions represent the final rules for the draw. If any provisions of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
